LEGAL FEES

In non-tariff regulated matters the firm would charge on the basis of the hourly rates set out hereunder, depending on the complexity, nature and urgency of the services to be rendered, fees will fall into the following categories

Senior Partner - R 1000.00

Senior Associate - R 700.00

Candidate attorney - R 200.00

These fees exclude disbursements and VAT. While our structure remains negotiable within the limit as set out by the KwaZulu Natal Law Society, we are of the opinion that this scale reflects a fair market rate.
