OUR VISION

To establish a sustainable and multi-skilled corporate law firm, which is able to render a high quality service to our valued clients, thereby adding greater value to our clients’ business.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE NATAL LAW SOCIETY

We have a very cordial relationship with the Law Society. No report has ever been made to the Law Society regarding the conducts of both Directors. No investigation, formal or informal has ever been conducted against any of the Directors of the firm.

EMPOWERMENT

The firm is constituted by those who were previously disadvantaged. While the firm complies with requirements of the Employment Equity Act in terms of its constitution, it is the intention of partners to strategically advance the interest of women and those who are institutionally disadvantaged.

Mr. Ngidi has conducted Seminars for various black firms to improve their administrative skills. Most of these seminars are in house seminars, which are tailored for each firm’s needs. Seminars have also been conducted by Mr. Ngidi to assist Candidate Attorneys from the disadvantaged background to prepare them for the Law Society Board Exams. All these seminars are conducted outside the working hours and no fees are charged to participants.

SUPPORT/ADVANCEMENT OF DISADVANTAGED BACKGROUND ADVOCATES

The firm has the support of those who are at the bar (Advocates) who generally provide support on a required basis. The firm subscribes to a high standard of service to client, but we are also committed in uplifting those advocates from disadvantaged backgrounds. Where it appears to us that there may be a limit of skills we would brief an advocate from the established background but require such advocate to be paired with someone from the disadvantaged background at negotiated rates thereby ensuring the transfer of skills.
